Hampshire Conservatives rejected Lib Dem plans to boost road repair spending
Conservative Councillors have missed the chance to invest an extra £1million in repairing local roads and pavements.
Liberal Democrats on Hampshire County Council proposed spending an extra £1million to help clear the enormous back-log of repairs to the County's roads and pavements.
